Executive Director
John joined Ventana in 2024 as executive director where he provides operational leadership and support for the residents, families, and team – overseeing all aspects of the community’s success and wellbeing.

Health Services Administrator
Hannah joined Ventana in 2023 as health services administrator where she provides leadership and oversight for the community’s assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing team and residents.Â

DIRECTOR OF HEALTH SERVICES MARKETING
AK joined the Ventana team in 2021 and as the director of health services marketing she leads a team responsible for educating seniors and their families on care options as well as building relationships with external referral partners.

Alex joined Ventana in 2024 and as the director of culinary he oversees preparing and serving residents and their guests from nutritionally balanced, delicious, fresh and seasonally inspired menus.

Dana was named Ventana director of marketing in 2024 where she leads a team responsible for helping and educating seniors and their families as they navigate the emotional process of moving.

Yolanda joined Ventana in 2024 as the director of nursing where she oversees quality nursing care for residents and valuable leadership and guidance for the nursing team.

Nestor joined Ventana in 2021 as the director of plant operations where he ensures a beautiful and well-maintained community campus for residents and families to enjoy year-round.

Maggie joined Ventana in 2023 and as the director of assisted living she oversees resident care and programming for those living in assisted living and memory care.
