Executive Director
John joined Ventana in 2024 as executive director where he provides operational leadership and support for the residents, families, and team – overseeing all aspects of the community’s success and wellbeing.

Maggie has been with Ventana since 2023 and as the health services administrator and assistant executive director she oversees the health services department and provides leadership to the entire community team.
