John joined Ventana in 2024 as executive director where he provides operational leadership and support for the residents, families, and team – overseeing all aspects of the community’s success and wellbeing.

Dana joined Ventana in 2022 as director of marketing where she works to expand and grow the community through independent living options.

AK joined Ventana in 2023 as the director of health services marketing where she works to expand and grow the community through Assisted Living and memory care options.

David joined Ventana in 2019 as chaplain serving the spiritual needs of residents, family members and associates from all walks of life. 

Yolanda joined Ventana in 2024 as the director of nursing where she oversees quality nursing care for residents and valuable leadership and guidance for the nursing team.

Alex joined Ventana in 2022 as director of culinary services where he oversees all dining experiences at Ventana and brings his passion and creativity to the table every day.

Maggie has been with Ventana since 2023 and as the health services administrator and assistant executive director she oversees the health services department and provides leadership to the entire community team. 

Nestor joined Ventana in 2021 as the director of plant operations where he ensures a beautiful and well-maintained community campus for residents and families to enjoy year-round.

Justin joined Ventana in 2022 as director of wellness where he works directly with residents to increase their health as they seek to live longer and more fulfilling lives.

Raegan joined Ventana in 2023 and as the director of human resources she oversees the support of department heads in sourcing and retaining quality team members.

Holly joined Ventana in 2020 and as the director of lifestyle programming she inspires happiness one happy hour, group outing and pickle ball tournament at a time.
